This substack is largely focused on DNA sequencing technology and associated approaches (Protein sequencing) as well as occasionally looking more broadly at diagnostic platforms and life science tools.

My focus is largely on technological approaches, but I also often like to estimate consumable and instrument costs (COGS), and discuss how I think products fit into the overall market.

I own options and/or stock in sequencing and other companies based on my previous employment. So take that in to consideration when reading my posts.
