Axelios (Roche SBX) Update

Roche posted a new webinar as part of their diagnostics day, this included a little more information about their SBX sequencing platform (now called Axelios!).

As such I’ve updated, my Roche e-Book with a few bits of new information. That new version is available to paid subscribers now (links below). There are no huge surprises, but Roche have continued to iterate over the platform and there are some nice improvements.

Roche noted that they are interested in sequencing because of the shift in the NGS market toward clinical. That is of course not just backed up by their own reports but was also reported by Illumina JPM.
