Illumina Q1 Financials

I saw someone on LinkedIn ranting about the Illumina Q1 results and how catastrophically awful they were. That didn’t seem right, so I decided to go and take a look.

So revenue is down ~1%. Illumina revenue has been flat for a while, and I don’t think there’s much reason to believe this wouldn’t continue in the short to medium term. this was of course before the Chinese sanctions against Illumina, if anything those have had less of an impact than expected, dropping from $78M to $72M.
