More Thoughts on Qitan Technology

After my post on Qitan there were a few comments on twitter that I thought might be worth addressing.

The first suggested that “this is not an ASIC device” and that Qitan use a glass substrate with patterned electrodes. Clive (ONT CEO) then popped in to say that the Flongle is a non-ASIC device “i.e. the asic is in the machine”.
