NovaSeq 6000 SBS Cartridge And Excitation Wavelengths

I picked up an old (unused) NovaSeq 6000 SBS Cartridge on eBay. For such a seemingly simple cartridge there’s actually quite a lot going on. And I hope to dig into the physical structure of the cartridge in future posts.

But first I wanted to take a look at the SBS reagents themselves and see if it’s possible to get a sense of which fluorophores are being used.
