The NextSeq 2000 Optical System

I previously posted this over on my other substack, I’ve had a hard time keeping that up to date, so figured I’d post an updated version here, where it might get a wider audience. It’s clear that the NextSeq 2000 uses structured illumination super-resolution to image what would otherwise be sub-diffraction limited features.
