NextSeq 550 Imaging System
I spend entirely too much time looking at broken DNA sequencer parts on eBay. Which is why I came across this, listed as a HiSeq Imaging Module:
I’ve not seen a HiSeq imaging module… but I don’t think it looks much like this. In particular the auction shows 6 objective lens are part of the optical setup:

UPDATE2: Illumina documentation makes it clear that this is in fact the NextSeq 550 optical subsystem:
