NextSeq 550 Imaging System and Fluidics Notes
A while ago I wrote about the NextSeq 550 Imaging system. In this post I’m going to summarize the information I have based on one of these imaging modules and what’s available in patents. This isn’t a full deep drive, but I wanted to get my notes written up and available.
Imaging
As previously mentioned the NextSeq 550 uses 6 identical imaging sub-modules1:
