They talk about 100M per square cm so perhaps a few 100M?
I don't see a clear solution to the single peptide problem, which either means Poisson limited, or they will need another method to capture a single peptide (e.g. similar to those proposed by Nautilus perhaps).
A couple of questions:
1) How do they plan to capture a single peptide per feature?
2) How many features could they realistically have per chip? For proteins presumably you'd like a high number of peptides due to the dynamic range..
