Qitan Pore Patents

I was poking through Chinese nanopore startup IP (as you do) and came across two nanopore patents from Qitan Technology. I’ve written about Qitan before, and had a quick look at the data they’ve released. While the data releases and numerous publications suggest that they have a working questions, one of the open questions has been how much they rely on IP on which they may not have freedom to operate outside of China.

In particular, are they using either the MspA IP (owned by Illumina) or CsgG IP (owned by Oxford Nanopore)?
